Wikipedia says, "A money-back guarantee, is a guarantee that if a buyer is not satisfied with a product, a refund will be made." We think that sounds pretty good and we're confident enough in our product's quality that we're going to do just that -- guarantee it.

SHIPPING CONDITIONS:

Customers living in apartments with shared mailrooms: To avoid fraud and fraud related concerns, as of September 2024, customers who have these type of delivery conditions will now be subject to having their order shipped to the nearest FedEx Authorized Center. Your phone number and email will be a required form of contact as this will be FedEx's way of contacting you when your order is ready for pick up. Please contact our customer service department for further questions.

Customer Account Requirements: When placing an order, it is required that your billing and shipping address match. To avoid cancellation, reach out to our customer service team prior to placing an order, and they will be happy to assist you.

NOTE*: If your billing and shipping address do NOT match, we will contact you directly to ask verification questions confirming the validity of your order. These actions may result in additional delays on your order from shipping and/or eventually unauthorized cancellation of your order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES 
    We do not charge restocking fees at RPM, as we all know online shopping is not the same as buying something in person, because you can't touch it, feel it or try it on like you can at a retail store. With our Return & Exchange program we take the risk out of online ordering, and we make it as simple as possible. Simply put, if you don't like something you've bought from us you have 30 days to send it back for a full refund. Yes, you do have to pay the shipping back to us, as we paid to ship it to you. Unsure of what color matches best? Just buy both and send one back. No questions asked, just contact us online via Chat for your RMA. We have conditions below so please keep reading.

CUSTOMER AGREEMENT

Customers agree to our full list of terms & Conditions. Prior to purchasing from RPM TESLA customers must read all of the Product information for the products they buy. Examples include but are not limited to: Description, Compatibility, Warranty, Installation & Shipping. We also require that you watch the installation videos prior to installation. This is to make sure that you feel comfortable with the installation process before even ordering.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you want to cancel an order or need to have an items removed, you must email us at rpmbronco@gmail.com with your cancellation request before we ship your order to avoid paying return shipping costs and credit card processing fees.  If you cancel your order before we ship it, or your order is refused or not deliverable, we will deduct the returned shipping fees, and all credit card processing fees from your refund. The credit card processing fees from Shopify vary from 3.5% to 5% depending on your credit card and if you paid by Shop Pay Installments. This is deducted because processing fees are not refundable to us.

Discontinued items are not returnable or exchangeable. We recommend watching the installation videos before purchasing to make sure that you are comfortable with the installation process. Under rare circumstances where a discontinued item is deemed defective, within the first 5 business days of delivery, we may be able to offer store credit towards future purchases. After 5 business days, we will still be happy to assist with any installation or general questions you have about these products. CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS:

Items must be UNUSED and in a new re-sellable condition to qualify for a full refund. Check unused conditions below. Also, all returned items must be sent back with an RMA # (Return Material Authorization Number). If you want to return something, please email us at rpmtesla@gmail.com or try our LIVE chat anytime between Monday-Friday 10 a.m.- 4 p.m. PST(Excluding Federal Holidays) for the RMA #.

UNUSED CONDITIONS: 

Items must be UNUSED and in a new re-sellable condition to qualify for a full refund. We recommend watching our installation videos before installing any of our products to make sure that you feel comfortable with the process. Some of our products like our vinyl wrap decals, screen protectors, and carbon fiber spoilers are non-returnable once the installation tape or 3M Liner is removed. Please be sure you're happy with the product and comfortable with the installation process before removing adhesive liner. We suggest placing the item in the exact location where you will be installing to make sure you love it and to make sure it fits correctly.

 

SHIPPING CHARGES/FEES:  

Any additional fees due to a 'Refused' or 'Return to Sender' shipment will be deducted from the total refund amount.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: 

We ship worldwide, and International Customers are responsible for all import fees, duties, tariffs, VAT, GST, TAX, handling fees, and all other import costs in their respective country. The shipping fees RPM collects only cover shipping & handling.

RETURN REFUND TIME LIMIT:

in 2025, new tariffs laws have added an additional 25% on top of all other fees. For customers returning thier order from Canada or Mexico, we require 7 buisness days from the day your return arrives at our main location before we can refund you. This will allow time for customs to send us the Import & terrif fees, if any, associated with you return. For customers ordering nationally and all other customer ordering interantionally besides Canada & Mexico, our customer service team will refund you within 1-2 buisness days from the day your return arrives at our main warehouse location. PLEASE SEE OUR NOTE ABOVE "CONDITONS FOR RETURNS" TO SEE IF YOU ORDER QUALIIES FOR AN RMA and REFUND.

For customers returning orders Internationally:

Customers returning orders internationally are subject to their countries customs taxes and duties including but not limited to the new terrifs coming from Mexico or Canada . We are not responsible for any Customs or Duty fees. Any additional fees due to a 'Refused' or 'Return to Sender' shipment will be deducted from the total refund amount. 

RETURN TIME LIMIT
    Orders are not returnable after 30 days. Please contact us as we may offer a partial refund if you want to exchange it for something else.
  
INSTALLATION PROBLEMS
    We are not able to issue refunds for failed installations. We offer troubleshooting solutions and we send out replacement parts everyday. We only ask for customers to pay for the material cost and shipping. Contact our Technical Support Department for assistance.
REPLACEMENT PIECES
    Our products are self installing but if you make a mistake installing something and need a replacement, please send us an email with a photo along with your replacement request. Please contact us for the replacement cost which includes the material cost and shipping & handling. We don't want to profit on a replacement part.
LIMITED* LIFETIME WARRANTY
    Our products come with a LIFETIME WARRANTY unless listed otherwise on the product page for the item in question*. Our Lifetime Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. If something wears out or gets damaged over time, or damaged while installing it, we will offer a replacement item at a discounted price. For vinyl See below under Replacement Pieces. Unfortunately we are not able to replace discontinued items If something stops working during the first 90 days we will send you a free replacement along with a return label to send back the defective part. We even pay the shipping for replacement parts during the first 90 days. After 90 days we require our customers to ship back whatever is not working or broken for our evaluation. If a replacement is needed we may charge them for the material cost and shipping. After 90 days we do not issue refunds. In either case, be sure to include your order number and your shipping address if it has changed. International Customers do have to pay a replacement shipping cost of $25 for non oversized items, HI and AK $10, or simply place a new order over $50 and we will include the replacement free of charge. For missing items you have 5 days from receipt of delivery notification to email for replacement, after 5 days we will not be able to replace missing/lost shipments.
 
COMPETITION
    Our competitors give very limited warranties, if you order something online, your lucky to get a 30 day warranty and after that you may have to ship items back to China in order to make a claim. Other companies may give you a 1 year warranty, but many charge 20% restocking fees. This is just not fair, and not how we operate. Just contact us and promise to do everything we can to make it right !
