- Item must have been purchased from EZ4X4, either on site or at a local event. Items purchased from non-authorized dealers — including but not limited to auction sites (eBay, Facebook, etc.) and/or secondhand dealers (Amazon “Used” and/or “Special Buy,” Craigslist, OfferUp, Letgo, etc.) — and/or sold under the category of “Used” are void of any claims for return and/or missing/replacement parts or warranty. Any expressed warranties are not transferable should the vehicle be sold or traded.
- Item must be unused, in original packaging, and received back in salable condition.
- All return requests must be made within 30 days of product receipt. Proof of purchase (receipt) must be provided with return.
- Specially discounted or SALE items may not be returned.
- Color matching items are not eligible for refund or return.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- Please note that all returns require prior authorization before any product is sent back. To begin the return process, please contact us so we can review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved. Returns received without prior authorization and a valid RMA number may be refused or delayed in processing.
