Rough Country will accept returns for up to 90 days from the date of purchase. Please include all original items in your return shipment. Incomplete returns may not be eligible for a full refund. Returns within 30 days or purchase will receive a full refund for the purchase price of the product. Returns from 31-90 days will receive a full refund minus 10% to cover shipping and handling. No returns will be accepted after 90 days. Rough Country will provide a return shipping label upon request. Non-contiguous US residents and International residents – including Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and Mexico – are responsible for return shipping charges
Rough Country Suspension Systems offers a Lifetime Replacement Warranty on most suspension products. All products are warranted to be free from defects in material and craftsmanship for the life of the vehicle if utilized in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions for installation and operation of said products. *We'll replace your defective item at no cost to you!
